By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services

EITS provides design, development, and AI consulting services. The specific scope of work for each engagement will be defined in a separate statement of work (SOW).

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of deliverables unless otherwise specified. We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as specified in individual project agreements. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
